Now Underwood fans, body conscious individuals and workout aficionados can follow along with the “Hate My Heart” singer’s successful leg routine while working up a sweat as she debuted her “leg day” routine on Fit52, the fitness App she launched back in 2020 in correlation to her already-released book titled, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit 52 Life.The game-changing workout arrives just in time for the New Year and after fans and social media followers sent in countless requests asking Underwood – who often updates folks on Instagram about her crushing it in the gym – to share her secret to her fabulous legs.
“Would LOVE to know your workout regime,” one person commented beneath a post, which shows Underwood posing in front of a line of dumbbells.
“Drop the leg routine,” another person added.
Best of all is that the “leg day” exercises, which Underwood calls “a flash fit” are easily accessible and made for people juggling busy lifestyles of any fitness level.

“Hey guys, it’s leg day for me and I wanted to let you all know some exciting news,” Underwood, founder of CALIA, a successful athleisure clothing line, previously shared a video to Instagram, announcing the exciting workout in advance of its arrival in the app. “People are always asking me about my leg workouts and my actual leg workouts are coming to the Fit52 app. We’ve adapted them so they can work for any fitness level and they are coming really soon.”

Flash Fits are short and sweet sessions that are a fun and accessible way to start adding more movement into your routine,” a caption reads alongside a new interactive Instagram video, featuring demonstrations of some of the leg-styled workouts featured on the Fit52 App.”
The demonstrations include, fire hydrants, side lying leg lifts, bulldog floor squats, and standing hamstring curls – all of which calls for 5 reps, 5 times through.

And, it’s likely the inspirational routines that are simple to do anytime and anywhere in less than 30 minutes, are one part of the eight-time GRAMMY winner’s routine. On Instagram, she notes that they add “a little extra credit” to her workout.
