The legendary singer — whose powerful voice once filled arenas worldwide — shared a heartwarming message to her Instagram account on Thursday, Nov. 27.

In the video, Dion sat as she gave a brief message

“Dear friends,” she began. “Today is a beautiful reminder to slow down, take a deep breath, and give thanks.”

The icon added, “There is something so powerful about gathering with the people you love.”

She said no matter how you celebrate the day, whether it be with family around a table filled with food or just a simple phone call, each way is special.

“I’m so thankful for my family and our moments together that mean the world to me,” Dion added.

While Dion has been mainly out of the spotlight in recent years, she looked better than ever in the short video.

She wore a cinnamon-colored turtleneck with a black jacket and black pants. She finished the look with gold hoop earrings and a gorgeous jewel-encrusted watch.

Dion Was Last Spotted in October at a Concert

She enjoyed a night out in Las Vegas as she attended a Paul McCartney concert with her three sons.

Prior to that outing, she also attended a Coldplay concert in June. She gushed about it in a social media post at the time.

“What an unforgettable evening with @Coldplay at @AllegiantStadium…My heart is still singing!” she wrote. “A heartfelt thanks to the band and their amazing team for welcoming my family with warmth and kindness. It was all…fantastique.”

She shares three sons with her late husband René Angélil: René-Charles and twins Nelson and Eddy.

Life With SPS: Daily Struggles and Relentless Hope

Diagnosed in 2022, Dion’s career came to an abrupt pause when the rare neurological disorder began causing severe muscle stiffness and spasms — symptoms that affect mobility, speech, and even hand control.

She opened up in an interview with NBC’s Hota Kotb in June of 2024.

“It’s like somebody is strangling you. It’s like somebody is pushing your larynx/pharynx,” she said at the time.

The five-time Grammy winner added that her stiffness often feels like she is locked in place.

“It feels like, if I point my feet, they will stay in [that position],” she said.

Cooking has also become a challenge. She revealed, “Or, if I cook — because I love to cook — my fingers, my hands, will get in position. … It’s cramping but it’s like in a position where you cannot unlock them.
