Now Underwood fans, body conscious individuals and workout aficionados can follow along with the \u201cHate My Heart\u201d singer\u2019s successful leg routine while working up a sweat as she debuted her \u201cleg day\u201d routine on\u00a0Fit52, the fitness App she launched back in 2020 in correlation to her already-released book titled,\u00a0Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul<\/em>,<\/em>\u00a0and Get Strong with the Fit 52 Life<\/em>.The game-changing workout arrives just in time for the New Year and after fans and social media followers sent in countless requests asking Underwood \u2013 who often updates folks on Instagram about her crushing it in the gym \u2013 to share her secret to her fabulous legs.<\/p>\n

\u201cWould LOVE to know your workout regime,\u201d one person commented beneath a post, which shows Underwood posing in front of a line of dumbbells.<\/p>\n

\u201cDrop the leg routine,\u201d another person added.<\/p>\n

Best of all is that the \u201cleg day\u201d exercises, which Underwood calls \u201ca flash fit\u201d are easily accessible and made for people juggling busy lifestyles of any fitness level.<\/p>\n

Carrie Underwood\u2019s Famous Leg Workout Appears On The Fit52 App<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cHey guys, it\u2019s leg day for me and I wanted to let you all know some exciting news,\u201d Underwood, founder of CALIA, a successful athleisure clothing line, previously shared a video to Instagram, announcing the exciting workout in advance of its arrival in the app. \u201cPeople are always asking me about my leg workouts and my actual leg workouts are coming to the Fit52 app. We\u2019ve adapted them so they can work for any fitness level and they are coming really soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

The demonstrations include, fire hydrants, side lying leg lifts, bulldog floor squats, and standing hamstring curls \u2013 all of which calls for 5 reps, 5 times through.<\/p>\n
