It was Monique, a nurse who looked after Charly, who started it all off, as she is a close childhood friend of Lewis. My wife Kirsty got a call from Lewis and his manager to invite us up that night. It was a moment we\u2019ll never forget. Charly got so excited she couldn\u2019t breathe and we had to calm her down. Her older sisters were in complete hysteria.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1366\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailyrecord.co.uk\/article21698010.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/2_Charly-Bisset273JPG.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1515\">The family traveled to Glasgow, parked in the backstage car park, and were escorted into the green room to wait for their special meet-and-greet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1812\">\u201cTwo minutes later, he burst through the door shouting, \u2018Hello!\u2019\u201d Mark recalled. \u201cHe stayed talking with Charly for about 20 minutes and then posed for photos with the family. He was asking Charly how she was getting on with her treatment and what\u2019s been happening since he last spoke to her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1951\">After receiving a bag full of\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1867\">merchandise goodies<\/strong>, Charly and her family were escorted to their seats in the 14,300-capacity arena.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"2260\">Mark added: \u201cCharly said it was the best night of her life. She loved every minute of it and lost her voice singing along with every song. We can\u2019t thank Lewis, his manager, and the rest of the team enough for making Charly feel so special. And after the year she has had, she well and truly deserved it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2493\">Charly couldn\u2019t stop smiling as she remembered their time together. She said: \u201cLewis was very funny and made me feel relaxed from the very beginning because I was nervous about meeting him. But he\u2019s just a normal person like us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2645\">During the sell-out show, Rangers-daft Charly was seated next to Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths, adding an extra thrill to an already magical night.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"3303\">And as the final touch to an evening that will stay with her forever, Lewis took a moment mid-show to dedicate\u00a0<em data-start=\"2758\" data-end=\"2779\">\u201cSomeone You Loved\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 the same song that brought them together \u2014 to Charly. The entire arena fell silent as his voice soared through the crowd, every lyric carrying weight and warmth. Charly\u2019s eyes glistened as she sang along, clutching her concert ticket tight.
