Hollywood’s biggest celebrities are picking up the pieces after discovering their affluent\u00a0Los Angeles<\/a><\/span>\u00a0neighborhood was\u00a0reduced to ash and rubble\u00a0<\/a><\/span>when the\u00a0California<\/a><\/span>\u00a0wildfires tore through the Pacific Palisades.<\/p>\n

The death toll of the historic infernos have now reached five, as heroic firefighters still battle hellish conditions on the front lines of at least five different fires.<\/p>\n

The homes of\u00a0Anthony Hopkins<\/a><\/span>, Tina Knowles, John Goodman, Candy Spelling and\u00a0Miles Teller<\/a><\/span> are among those destroyed, while dozens of other stars now face an anxious wait alongside their neighbors to learn if anything could be saved.<\/p>\n

Apocalyptic fires tore through the ritzy enclave of Pacific Palisades on Tuesday, rapidly spreading to surrounding suburbs as a windstorm carried embers and debris in all directions.<\/p>\n

Residents fled and then waited with bated breath to learn more about their homes, as news began trickling out that\u00a0entire streets had been wiped off the map,<\/a><\/span>\u00a0firefighters were\u00a0running out of water<\/a><\/span>, and resources were being diverted to fight the fire on multiple fronts.<\/p>\n

Now, the widespread devastation is becoming clearer as celebrities share their devastation upon discovering they’ve lost their million-dollar mansions.<\/p>\n

Candy Spelling’s $23million home on Malibu’s Pacific Coast Highway was lost in the wildfires.<\/p>\n

She told TMZ: ‘I\u2019m in shock and processing this massive loss for our family. I am beyond grateful for the memories. It was truly a wonderful gift to have.’<\/p>\n

She added her late husband and TV producer Aaron Spelling had loved the house.<\/p>\n

She previously listed the home for sale for $24million but took it off the market. She resides in<\/p>\n

She heartbrokenly revealed that her oceanfront property in Malibu was wrecked by the same fire – just days after she celebrated her 71st birthday there.<\/p>\n

‘It was my favorite place, my sanctuary , my sacred Happy Place . Now it is gone !!’ she wrote on Instagram, before paying tribute to the five people who died.<\/p>\n

Jeff Bridges, 75, confirmed his Malibu family home was burnt down in the Pacific Palisades fire.<\/p>\n

Per\u00a0TMZ<\/a>, the four bedroom home had been in the family for generations, and was inherited by Jeff, his brother and sister.<\/p>\n

John Goodman<\/h2>\n

Beloved actor John Goodman’s home was wiped out in the wildfires.<\/p>\n

The Pacific Palisades property was right in the path of the blaze, which has already scorched more than 15,000 acres and was traveling as far as five football fields a minute.<\/p>\n

All that remains is his backyard pool, which is still filled with dirty, blackened water, and the driveway, which now leads to nothing but rubble.<\/p>\n
