They often spend long days on set and work in a pretty stressful environment.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, a lot of actors have realized the importance of living a healthy life outside the spotlight \u2013 otherwise their bodies simply cannot cope in the end.<\/p>\n<p>When TV host and actor Drew Carey, 65,\u00a0went head-on into a get-slim-quick plan, many thought he would just drop a few pound and then put his old weight back on again.<\/p>\n<p>But if we look at Drew today, it\u2019s obvious that he has undergone an incredible weight journey \u2013 it\u2019s almost impossible to recognize him when you see his new figure!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66580\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-main.newsner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2020\/12\/05212201\/shutterstock_97087406-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1700\" height=\"2560\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-drew-carey-young\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drew Carey young<\/h2>\n<p>Cleveland native\u00a0Drew Cary had a tough upbringing. When he was only 8 years old, he was forced to say goodbye to his father, who succumbed to a brain tumor. Drew and his two brothers were then raised by their mother, who had to take two jobs to make\u00a0ends meet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been in a lot of desperate situations,\u201d said Drew told Kirkland Reporter in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>After being expelled twice from Kent University due to poor grades, Drew started off his career as a comedian in stand-up comedy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66635\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-main.newsner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2020\/12\/05212154\/drewt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"458\" height=\"525\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He was truly a natural talent, and for several years Drew was a regular guest at comedy clubs in Cleveland and Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>When Drew entered the \u201dStar Search\u201d competition in 1988, he received more attention \u2013 which led to a guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. He was also invited to Late Night with David Letterman.<\/p>\n<p>For most people, Drew Cary is probably best known for his self-titled and beloved sitcom, The Drew Carey Show. The show, aired on ABC between 1995 to 2004, revolved around the home life of \u201ceveryman\u201d\u00a0Drew Carey, a fictionalized version of the comedian.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-66653\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-main.newsner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2020\/12\/05212151\/drew-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many Hollywood movie stars\u00a0may live a glamorous life in big mansions, sipping on drinks and enjoying their big pool.
