Those of us who were looking forward to the highly anticipated Top Gun: Maverick, the follow-up to the beloved 80s movie, couldn\u2019t help but wonder if Kelly McGillis would return to the big screen. She was not invited to join the cast, therefore she was sadly unable to present. McGillis stated in an interview that she didn\u2019t think the movie\u2019s vision fit her age and that it was acceptable.<\/p>\n

But McGillis was unconcerned, even though he was left out of the big hit. She prefers being confident in her own flesh than the glitz and celebrity that are frequently connected to Hollywood. And that\u2019s a really inspiring degree of self-acceptance.<\/p>\n
