A Fort Campbell soldier found dead in her home earlier this year died from nearly 70 stab wounds, according to an autopsy report.<\/div>\n
Soldier identified as Katia Duen\u0303as Aguilar<\/strong><\/div>\n
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Pfc. Katia Duen\u0303as Aguilar. Her body was discovered in her Tennessee home in May, near the Army post.<\/div>\n
No arrests made in the investigation<\/strong><\/div>\n

Clarksville Police announced on Wednesday that no arrests have been made in connection with Duen\u0303as Aguilar’s death.<\/div>\n
Autopsy reveals multiple stab wounds<\/strong><\/div>\n
An autopsy report from the Montgomery County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office revealed that Duen\u0303as Aguilar suffered 68 stab wounds to her neck and upper body. The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide due to sharp force injuries.<\/div>\n
Aguilar’s background and military service<\/strong><\/div>\n
Duen\u0303as Aguilar, originally from Mesquite, Texas, enlisted in the Army in 2018. She joined the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, located on the Tennessee-Kentucky border, a year later.<\/div>\n
Family offers reward for information<\/strong><\/div>\n
In an effort to find her killer, Duen\u0303as Aguilar\u2019s family and The League of United Latin American Citizens have offered a reward of $55,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Clarksville Police and Army criminal investigators are collaborating on the investigation.<\/div>\n
Family seeks justice<\/strong><\/div>\n
During a news conference in May in Texas, Duen\u0303as Aguilar\u2019s family pleaded for justice. They described her as a mother to a 4-year-old son and called for the perpetrator to be brought to justice.<\/div>\n
A $55,000 reward from the family and LULAC was announced for any information that may help the police solve the case.<\/div>\n
“This is a human being. This is a Latina.
